Mobile Lender

Your Opportunity

We are seeking to grow our team of home loan experts, to cover the wider Brisbane region, and continue to provide a premium service to their growing customer base.

Your new role

As a Mobile Lender, you will be required to generate your own leads through extensive networking and business development. You will be conducting appointments and finalising necessary paperwork with full administrative and processing support provided by a dedicated team. There will be no cross-sale targets and assistance with marketing will also be provided, allowing you to focus on bringing in the business. You will be expected to be settling around $3M a month in mortgages.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for these roles you will be an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mobile Lender with a demonstrated ability in settling between $2M-$3M a month. You will have an affinity for business development, and be comfortable with generating your own leads. To be successful you will need to be a driven individual, with ambitions to grow individually and also with the company. You will be experienced in relationship management and show strong business acumen to seek out and follow up on opportunities.

What you'll get in return

On offer is a base salary, with phone and laptop provided, along with a lucrative and uncapped commission structure, based on mortgage settlements. At $3M in settled mortgages a month, the expected earnings are $150,000 per annum. Upon successfully passing the 6 month probationary period, you will also be provided with a company car. You will also have the opportunity to manage your own schedule, with an open management style. We do not believe in micromanagement, and you will be given the freedom to organise your time the way you choose, provided you are hitting the set targets.

Lending Assistant (Graduate Program)

Your Opportunity

We are seeking to provide employment opportunities for recent graduates, to provide support and lead generation assistance to our Mobile Lenders.

Your new role

As a Lending Assistant, you will be required to generate leads through extensive networking and business development. You will be qualifying prospective clients and setting appointments for our Lenders as well as providing any other marketing support required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have graduated from an Australian University with a Bachelors degree majoring in Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Property Economics. A GPA of 5.0 or higher will be a positive factor for candidates. Due to the regulatory nature of the position, applicants must hold a Permanent Residency Visa or similar.

What you'll get in return

The role is for 12 months with the outlook of moving into a Mobile Lending role. You will be trained in the credit policies of Australia's major lenders as well as learning the internal credit application systems. You remuneration is based on your performance and is commission only with capped earnings of $80,000 per annum.

Client Services Agent

Your Opportunity

We are seeking to expand our lead generation team to service our expanding pool of prospective clients.

Your new role

As a Client Services Agent, you will be required to contact prospective clients with the intention of setting an appointment for our Mobile Lenders.

What you'll need to succeed

A successful applicant should demonstrate the following attributes:

1. Proficiency with using a web-based CRM tool

2. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of note taking

3. Clear and professional phone etiquette

4. Engage and qualify prospective clients

5. Conflict resolution for client complaints

6. Familiarity with soft phones and their operation

What you'll get in return

The position of Client Services Agent is a casual role with 16 hours of work expected per week. Your hourly rate will be based on your experience and skills that you have acquired from previous employment or education.

Content Writer

Your Opportunity

We are seeking to expand our marketing team by using the services of a professional content writer.
